Cars Jockey key role is to visit the customer’s home and inspect their vehicle before onboarding to our brand. The major challenge was that the app was very old, and there was a complex user experience. 

Major challenges were that the photos could not be uploaded on the spot, and car jockeys faced network issues during the test drive. 

Also, the photo upload journey of every section of car is tedious and interlink. Takes about 45min to 1hr to complete the task.
